RE3 & RE4 FLOW TURBINES are the right choice for durable, precise flow measurement of most hydraulic fluids. They can be custom ordered for your specific needs. Accuracy is ±2.5% of actual value or ± 0.5% if linearised with Multisystem 5000 or panel displays with RS232 communication ports, RE4's are available in four sizes up to 600 I/min and come as standard with MINIMESS® test point and P/T couplings for pressure and temperature reading. Bodies are aluminum (stainless steel is also available) as are the internal flow straighteners. GFM GEAR FLOW METERS are high pressure (630 Bar) precision measuring and metering devices. Available in carbon and stainless steel. Their design is similar to a positive displacement gear pump. Exact tolerances give the GFM's their accuracy and their design makes precise flow control possible. Accuracy is ±0.3% of actual value. GFM's have applications in measuring, or the precisely controlled metering of various pastes and liquids, ranging from mineral and synthetic oils and greases to waxes, paints, chemical slurries and detergents.

HD Type
	HD Pressure Transducers are Industrial quality low cost sensors designed with hydraulics in mind. Utilising the very latest thin film technology the units are designed for ten million cycle peak to peak performance. Standard accuracy is ±0.5% (of full scale), a stable transducer with extremely low calibration drift (0.2% per year). All stainless steel construction. NAMAS Calibration certificate available. Connection is via 1/4" BSP male thread with viton elastomer face seal as standard.

PR15 Calibrated type
	PR15 Series Pressure Transducers are the sensors of choice for accurate hydraulic applications. The extremely durable / rugged piezoresistive membrane sensors are accurate to ±0.5% full scale (±0.1% when the provided linearization tables are used). Pressure readings are obtained from the hydraulic system (during operation) from any standard MINIMESS® coupling by using a gauge adaptor. These sensors are constructed from all stainless steel and injected with foam to protect internal parts. PR15s are supplied with calibration sheets for linearization use to increase accuracy to ±0.1% All transducers are tapped 1/4" BSP

Temperature Sensors & RPM Probes

PT100 Temperature Sensor			DS03 RPM SENSOR
	PT100 Temperature Sensors for use with Hydrotechnik Hand-Held and Panel Mounted instruments. Each sensor has a platinum (Pt) 100 Ohm resistor located inside a stainless probe. Accuracy is ±0.1 °C. Output is 4 - 20 mA. Connect to a PT sensor at up to 630 Bar. Contact is made with the fluid being measured. DS03 RPM Sensors are also used with Hydrotechnik Hand-Held or Panel Mounted instruments. The principle is a sine wave infra-red beam that is turned through 90 degrees by a reflective tape. The sensor is not prone to giving false readings due to other light sources. The DS03 works up to 1 metre away from the rotating part.
