K600 Pulse Meters
satisfy the most diverse needs for measuring dispensed
product in the private distribution of fuels, lubricants and
high-viscosity
liquids.
The principle of
measuring with oval gears, used in a pulse meter for the
very first time (patent pending), provides precision
comparable to piston meters
without the high
loss of head that characterizes them.
These pulse
meters combine: a wide range of flow rates, high precision
over the entire range, low head loss, ease of interfacing
them to digital dispensed
volume
indicators, making the K600 an innovative and convenient
solution for equipping: private fuel pumps, fixed systems
for transferring/distributing
lubricants,
industrial applications. If needed, the K600 can also be
provided with a local indicator of the volume
dispensed.

Construction
characteristics:
Aluminium
measuring chamber, provided with external attachment guides
for a simple and practical installation. The length of the
measuring chamber
differentiates
the various models.
The inlet/outlet
ports are arranged axially and are provided with female
threads machined directly from the measuring chamber or
counter flange for
connection to
other lines.
The accurately
manufactured, modular designed oval gears are made of acetyl
resin.
The aluminium
chamber cover houses the pulsar card or the (optional) meter
card.
The pulsar card
is equipped with reed ampoules to detect the signal form
magnets located on the gears, permitting its connection to
remote digital
indicators. The
meter card is equipped with a battery-powered microprocessor
(two 1.5 volt alkaline batteries) that displays the
(resettable)
partial and total
volumes dispensed on an LCD and allows for the calibration
of the meter.
